If I remember correctly, this game is made with Unity. I've heard that Unity will be charging developers per install.

Oh boy. I wish I could suggest a slime girl. Imagine the sexual power of that kind of character! She can change her body shape in any ways she wants, get through tight corners, and ... wait. This would take a lot of time to model the variations.
Eldritch abominations? How about an eldritch girl that ran away from this Eldritch group to join humans?
(I never got very far in the story (never even finished Act 2)).
I'm remembering how much this story hooks me in. Of course, mind control is a kink of mine, so I enjoy seeing everyone's minds being warped towards the MC. The sex for me isn't really that interesting.
I hope Veronica becomes a close sidekick of the main character. I like her intelligence.
Also, are there slime girls? I like those, too.
Next bug report. It's another minor one. It's about the fade-out transition from the world map to an area. When I go to the Flat, for example it shows the background of a place I previously visited (like the Church) as the fade-out transition happens. I expect it to show the background of the world map fading out and it fading in to the new area.
This issue doesn't happen when going to different places within an area like Shops or the Flat.
Oh, and the music on the Map stays what it was in the most recent place visited IF I leave that area via the on-screen options. For example, magical music of the Church on the Map.
@Iluna Sorry. I wasn't clear with my thoughts on the quotation. TheArcadean explains it, though. I meant that I expected a quotation to be an "echo" of what the other person said.
@TheArcadean OK and thanks for giving me title of sidekick. Although. I don't know how good I'll be as one for continuity problems. :/
Also, I was thinking when you said that used to teach english in the past: If it were a class of young kids, how would they feel if they found out their teacher would become the writer of a fetish porn visual novel about mind controlling human and monster girls into loving the main character?
It's funny this early-game typo still exists.
It's a quotation. It should be "Identify yourself at once".
Also, there's a consistency issue. the Bar Girl (I know her name but won't say) when you first enter the bar is wearing the default outfit. When you talk to her, she wears the player-set outfit. Can I be Typo Hero's assistant? :) I have 0 reputability.
Playing on Linux. How do I change the layers? Also, Left clicking destroys two blocks, like I clicked twice in the same spot (edit: this is an issue when using a touchpad). Also, what's the max size for a puzzle? I was wondering if it would be possible to have it be as big as the game can handle. :p (what? You gotta have 100x100x100 puzzles) Edit: I noticed in the Editor that the grid on the left is cut off, but it seems I can
Make sure there is a way to change controls. Personally, I need this due to some keys on my laptop not working, and I'd rather use the mouse for camera controls and zooming.
This simulation is good to scratch the "I want a girlfriend" itch. :3
Also, I can relate to the protag. Life is ridiculously hard.
I liked the story, although I came in expecting something else to happen. I was surprised by one of the endings.
(Sorry if my review is pathetic. I'm tired and depressed. Retail work at the moment is draining and stressful. I feel like I'm being forced into things I don't want to do).
So, I reached this one thing, and this makes me wonder about what the story entails.
There was someone below saying something about enjoying that there is wholesomeness, as opposed to netorare (adultery/cheating). Yeah, I don't like seeing it, but by the way the game sometimes portrays itself, there's a dark, maybe unsettling, side that is important to the healthy development of the story.
I mention that person because I don't want the developer not to be a people-pleaser. Sure, wholesome bits are fine, but don't let compliments or requests ruin a good VN. Make the VN into the thing YOU want it to be.
I'm not aware of the issues on Discord, but that doesn't sound far-fetched considering the hellhole this discussion board is. Does no one critique this game? A game you like and care about is a game you want to be good. So, critiquing within reason is good.
Anyways, how is the developer himself in terms of interaction with the community? I talked to him on Discord months back and he seemed fine. That was through private messages. I was giving him some critique like the excessive bloom and he wasn't a bitch about it.
OK. Developer, if you are reading this... maybe you should lock this discussion. I feel like people are just casually spoiling the game. It irritates me a lot. I don't know how others feel about this, though.
People are asking questions that could be spoilery, and then someone else answers the question... directly. I am tempted into reading messages. I don't want to ruin the game for myself.
Now I feel bad. I feel like I forced you to make the change. I was just irked because I read that part. Hopefully knowing won't affect my experience.
FYI, I never played this game. I'm waiting for the update to the early story to start. So, I don't know if that part is spoilery.
Oh, and I removed my mention of the spoiler.
DON'T SAY ANOTHER WORD Kat. You're spoiling it for me (the [blankety-blank] part). If it confuses people. LET IT. That's a feature of the game (confusing and disturbing players).
Update: I was harsh. I was the one that read the message, so I can't get mad at you (there really should be a spoiler thingy if there isn't already). Just try to be careful when answering questions.
